Is admission to CEATEC free?

Admission to CEATEC is free.
Please note that all attendees must pre-register to access the Makuhari Messe venue and content requiring website login (including conference session reservations, online session viewing, and some exhibitor information).
We apologize for any inconvenience, but please register before your visit.

I attended CEATEC last year. Do I need to pre-register for attendance this year?

Entry procedures for CEATEC are required every year.
If you have an email address and password registered with us since 2017, you can easily complete your pre-registration for attendance.
You cannot use the email address and password you used to register before 2016. Please register again.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reissue it from this page (Forgot Password).

Can I register multiple people with one name or email address for the advance registration?

All visitors must register, and each individual needs to register.
Multiple registrations with the same email address are not allowed. Please register with individual email addresses.

Access to the venue.

How do I get to the venue?

It is possible to access Kaihin-Makuhari Station, the nearest station, from Tokyo Station in 24 minutes by JR Keiyo Line Limited Express and in 30 minutes by Rapid.
We kindly ask that you use public transportation whenever possible when visiting.

Could you tell me the opening/closing hours?

October 14 (Tue) - October 17 (Fri) 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

What are the hours of admission?

Registration counter opens at 9:30 AM.
Admission to the exhibition hall begins at 10:00 AM.
The museum closes at 5:00 PM, and last entry is at 4:50 PM. However, we encourage you to arrive early so you have enough time to enjoy your visit.

Can I re-enter?

With your admission ticket, you can enter as many times as you like throughout the exhibition period.

About Pre-Registration for Attendance

How do I pre-register for attendance?

Admission to CEATEC is required every year. Please register in advance through the visitor pre-registration page. For improved usability, the visitor pre-registration system has been renewed since 2017. The email address and password used for registration prior to 2016 cannot be used, so please register anew.

I registered in advance before 2016, but do I need to register again this year? Can I use the email address and password I used before 2016?

We have changed our visitor pre-registration site since 2017. Therefore, we kindly request that even those who registered before 2016 register anew for visitor pre-registration.
If you have the email address and password you registered with in 2017, you can easily pre-register for the event.

I haven't received the membership registration/entrance ticket email.

If you have not received your membership registration/entrance ticket email, it may be due to the following reasons.

• Due to the functionality of providers, etc., it may be misidentified as spam and sorted to a spam folder or similar.
• The email address you entered during registration is incorrect.
• Your mailbox is full.
• I have spam filtering set up to only allow emails from specific domains (domain-based reception). Please add "@reg.jesa.or.jp" to your allowed list.

Please reset your password from the pre-registration page for attendees.
Please note that the on-site registration website has been changed since 2017. Therefore, those who registered before 2016 are required to register again for on-site attendance.

Is it possible to participate on the day without pre-registration?

You can register on-site on the day of the event by using a PC at the registration counter at the entrance.
We recommend that you complete your registration in advance on the CEATEC official website as the registration counter is expected to be crowded.
You can also pre-register for the event from your smartphone. Show the registration completion screen at the ticket counter to receive your ticket.

Is it possible to register multiple people with a single name or email address for pre-event registration?

All attendees must register, and each individual needs to register.
Multiple registrations with the same email address are not allowed. Please register with individual email addresses.

I would like to change the information I registered.

Please log in to the pre-registration site for visitors and select "Profile Settings" from the "Settings" button in "My Page".
You can change your registered information.

I need to have my entry pass resent. How can I do that?

You can re-download your admission ticket by logging into the pre-registration site for visitors, clicking "Admission Ticket Display" on the far right side of the event name in the "My Page" profile tab.

Do I need to print out my admission ticket?

Please print your admission ticket yourself and bring it with you. Insert it into the holder that will be given to you on the day and enter the venue.
Please note that while you can obtain your entrance ticket at the ticket counter at the venue on the day of the event, we recommend printing your ticket beforehand as congestion is expected.

Pre-registration for attendance is not available.

While registration for online sessions is not required, you must pre-register for on-site attendance and log in to the official website.
Please note that the public period varies depending on the session. The public period is listed on the official website.

Do I need to register or log in to watch the online session?

Yes, you need to pre-register for the event and log in.

Do I need to make a reservation to attend the online session?

No, you don't need to book a reservation to attend the online session.

After completing your on-site registration, please access the CEATEC official website while logged in and view the conference sessions from their respective detail pages.

Do you offer English online sessions?

Some programs are scheduled to be delivered in English.

Can I watch the online session after the broadcast time?

Some programs are available for viewing until Thursday, October 31, 2025.
Please note that the viewing period may vary depending on the program.

I live overseas, but can I watch it in the same environment as in Japan?

The video is displayed from an external video sharing service, and may not be available in some countries due to the video sharing service's restrictions.

Regarding the Provision of Personal Information Data to Exhibitors.

What is opt-out?

CEATEC 2025 Opt-out at CEATEC 2025 is a declaration by visitors that they do not wish to provide their personal information.
If a visitor clicks the "opt-out" button, the exhibitor cannot obtain that visitor's personal data.

*Note: Some exhibitors may not collect personal information, in which case the "Opt Out" button will not appear.
