Booth Management Services 2. Reserving Accommodations Applicable

Information and application for exhibitor accommodations will be available via Messe Travel Service.
Exhibitors who wish to apply are requested to fill out the "Hotel Accommodations Reservation Application"〈No.25〉and submit the form to Messe Travel Service by Friday, August 15 2025.
Please be sure to apply as soon as possible.

How to Apply

  1. Please fill out the application form and send it to Messe Travel Service by e-mail. Email: mts_info@m-messe.co.jp
    ※ If you make a large number of reservations, please download the excel file from the list of the documents
    　on the website for exhibitors, fill out the required information, and upload it to the application page.
  2. After receiving your application, Messe travel Service will contact you to confirm the availability of accommodation.
  3. You will receive “the accommodation information” and “the detailed statement” by e-mail after the booking
    has completed. You will also receive the invoice for your payment afterwards by e-mail.
  4. Please pay the amount by bank transfer to the bank account on the invoice. Any fee caused the cable transfer
    will be charged by the sender. (Payment must be done in advance, and the final deadline is Sunday 31 August, 2025.)
  5. Your Bringing the printed “the detailed statement” is recommended on your hotel check-in.

Cancellation Fee

If you wish to cancel or change your reservation, please contact to Messe Travel Service by e-mail.
