Visitor Information

CEATEC 2022 will be held at two venues: Makuhari Messe and online.
This section provides information on how to visit each venue.

Pre-registration is required to enter CEATEC 2022.
Please pre-register in advance to visit Makuhari Messe before coming to CEATEC 2022.

Visiting the Makuhari Messe Venue

  1. At your office or home before your visit

    Please be sure to pre-register for admission from the official CEATEC website before coming to the venue.

    Please print out and bring your admission pass with you to the venue. This will allow you to enter the venue smoothly.

  2. On the way to the venue

    If you have forgotten to pre-register for admission, we recommend that you pre-register from your smartphone on the train or bus on your way to the venue.
    Please present the completed registration screen at the admission ticket counter. You will be issued an admission pass.

    Access from your smartphone while on the train or bus → Scan the QR code → Pre-register for admission → Present the completed registration screen at the admission ticket counter → The admission pass will be issued at the admission ticket counter

  3. After arriving at Makuhari Messe

    If you have forgotten to pre-register for admission, we recommend that you pre-register from your smartphone even after you arrive at Makuhari Messe.
    Please present the completed registration screen at the admission ticket counter. You will be issued an admission pass.

Visiting the Online Venue

You need to register for admission (free of charge) in order to enter (view or browse) CEATEC 2022 ONLINE.
Once you have registered, you can log in to CEATEC 2022 ONLINE.
You can enter from any computer or smartphone with Internet access.
Depending on your communication environment and security settings, you may experience audio delays or be unable to view the exhibition or session due to congestion on the line.
If you have not subscribed to a service such as flat-rate communication charges, you may be charged high communication fees or be subject to communication restrictions. For such reasons, viewing over Wi-Fi is recommended.

If the Display Does Not Appear or Video Cannot Be Reproduced

If there is no audio, please check the volume on your device (e.g., PC or smartphone).
Also, make sure the volume is not set to mute.
Try clearing your browser's cache.
Please try another browser. (Recommended browser: Google Chrome)
If other video or music playback software is running, please turn it off.
If the version of your browser is old, the video may not play properly.
Please try restarting your computer or smartphone.

The website can be viewed using a PC, smartphone, or tablet browser.
If you are using a PC, we recommend using the following browser versions.
