WE, JTB is aiming to create sustainable tourist attractions using DX under the theme of "Next Generation Hot Springs Tourist Attraction". In this session, using Japan's oldest hot spring, "Dogo Onsen" as an example, we will discuss the future plan for a more comfortable stay, excursion, and return visit to the hot spring resort by connecting inns, hotels, restaurants, and souvenir shops scattered throughout the area and combining the obtained data with various devices. We will make more value of the tourist attraction area with DX solutions.
