In conjunction with CEATEC 2024, we will provide a conference venue where you can appeal to the audience with a lecture format that suits your purpose.
- Implemented as part of CEATEC's conference program, this will give you the advantage of attracting more visitors.
- By using the booth in conjunction with the exhibition booth, you can improve understanding of your company's initiatives and products, as well as interact with visitors.
- Basic audience data will be provided.
After the event, the data will be extracted from the data collected at CEATEC and provided as a CSV file.
- Basic fixtures, equipment, and personnel are provided free of charge.

Real Session Ancillary Services
- Session introduction on the official CEATEC Web site, etc., and the ability to make attendance reservations in conjunction with the advance registration system *Reservation status cannot be checked.
- Loan of audience information reading terminals (QR/barcode readers) for reception at session sites, and reception reading staff
- Fixtures and equipment (podium, microphone, speakers, projector, screen, audience chairs), equipment operator
Additional stage decorations, fixtures, and equipment beyond the basic specifications are available. (Optional with charge)
Bring your own laptop computer for projection.
Remarks
- Non-exhibitors of CEATEC 2024 may use the exhibition space for a fee of exhibitor's usage fee x 2.
- Sessions will start at 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, and 15:00 on each day (tentative).
- The date and time of the session will be notified to the person in charge of the application after the application deadline, taking into consideration the order in which applications are received.
- The Real Venue Use Plan will close when all available slots are exhausted.
- Audience seating will be theater style.
- Free use of real-time AI translation system available upon request (planned)

Features of Online Delivery Usage Plans
- As part of CEATEC's conference program, videos of lectures will be made available to the public before the show, giving you an advantage in attracting visitors.
- Available for one month before the Makuhari Messe exhibition - archived distribution period (October 1 - October 31).
- Audience data will be provided in a CSV file after the delivery.
Remarks
- On-demand delivery will be available by providing the URL of the uploaded video in advance.
- There is no set time for each session as it is delivered in on-demand format.

- In order to effectively attract an audience, we recommend that you apply for the exhibition by the time of the exhibition briefing in early July at the latest.
- If there is no space available in your preferred slot, the secretariat will inform you of available session slots in due course.
