From application to the exhibition days, we guide you through the entire exhibiting process.

CEATEC Management Office will send an "Application Acceptance" email. Please review the details carefully. *Your contract will be officially finalized upon receipt of this acceptance email.
An invoice for the exhibition fee will be issued and payment processed.
Cancellations are accepted through June 1. From June 2 onward, a 100% cancellation fee of the booth charge will apply.
We are targeting June 30, 2026. Please note that booth space is limited, so we strongly recommend early application.
Yes. We offer a special plan for startups established on or after October 2017 (i.e., within the past nine years). Please feel free to contact us for details.
Absolutely—we welcome participation from around the world. In past editions, exhibitors from over 40 countries and regions have participated. Comprehensive support is available in English.
For the General Exhibits plan, customization is available starting from 9m². When applying, please select your desired number of booth units and configuration.
In addition to the basic exhibition (booth) fee, you should budget for booth construction/decor, electrical work, and in-booth internet cabling, among other items. Additional fixtures and equipment, if required, will also incur costs.
Detailed information will be provided at the Exhibitor Briefing scheduled for July.

For block booths (20+ booths) with large structures, installation may begin at 08:00 on October 11. All booths may begin move-in at 12:00 on the same day, in accordance with the standard working hours.
Items that compromise safety, violate applicable laws and regulations, or may disturb other exhibitors or visitors are not permitted. Please refer to the Exhibitor Regulations or contact the Secretariat for details.
