Japan's Leading Industry Association in the Digital Field
Established in 2000 through the merger of the Japan Electronics Machinery Manufacturers Association and the Japan Electronic Industry Development Association, JEITA plays a crucial role in the growth of the industry and the Japanese economy.
With participation from companies across a wide range of industries, including technology companies in electronic components, electronic devices, electronic equipment, and IT solutions, as well as companies that utilize technology, JEITA is Japan’s largest industry association.
Expanding the Scope with Technology at the Core
With "Promotion of Society 5.0" as its business policy, JEITA engages in solving common problems, improving the business environment, and organizing exhibitions to create new markets.
Its activities span various fields, including electronic devices like televisions and computers, electronic components supporting the digital society, and IT solutions driving the data-driven economy. It is also expanding initiatives in smart homes and carbon neutrality, accelerating innovation with technology at the core.
JEITA acts as a bridge between industries, working with member companies and governmental institutions to solve social issues, enhance competitiveness, and create new markets through co-creation, thereby accelerating the digital transformation (DX) of society, revitalizing the Japanese economy, and contributing to the achievement of the SDGs.

CEATEC Executive Committee
A committee consisting of representatives from CEATEC exhibiting companies and organizations that formulates and implements measures necessary for the exhibition, including planning and management.
