The CEATEC AWARD is an original award system in collaboration with the government, which started in 2011, and will celebrate its 16th anniversary this year.
What is the CEATEC AWARD?
CEATEC AWARD 2026 will be awarded to works evaluated as particularly innovative and excellent among the cutting-edge technologies gathered at CEATEC, held in Japan and around the world.
By bringing excellent technologies to the world, this award contributes to the creation and development of new values and markets, and aims to revitalize industries.
The award is highly regarded and judged by a committee consisting of related academic societies and specialized media.
This year, awards such as the "Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Award," "Minister of Internal Affairs and Communications Award," and "Digital Minister Award" will be presented, among various category awards.
Application Benefits (Tentative)
A Featured Guidebook would be published based on the submitted information, and as a highlight of CEATEC 2026, information will be deployed to the press and ministry officials prior to the event, which is expected to appeal to visitors through media exposure.
