We will organize our own planning, reporting, and editing team and establish a “News Center” to disseminate a variety of information, mainly related to exhibited products, to prospective visitors, industry professionals, the press, and general users. The News Center will actively support exhibitors in disseminating information by covering products, technologies, and services that exhibitors wish to promote and disseminating them as news, as well as encouraging exposure in a variety of media outlets.
More information will be provided at the exhibitor briefing in July.
CEATEC AWARD 2026 Select Collections
We are planning to hold an event at the CEATEC 2026 press conference one week prior to the show, in a special space set aside at the press conference venue, where we can quickly promote the new products, solutions, and technologies that will be exhibited at CEATEC to the press.

CEATEC AWARD 2026 applicants interested in participating
Usage Fee
JPY 165,000 per booth location (including Japanese consumption tax)
2025 Results (Past Event)
Date & Time: Tuesday, October 7, 2025, 11:00–12:00 (Setup: 9:00–10:00)
Venue: Tokyo Port City Takeshiba, Port Hall — adjacent space next to the press conference area
Eligibility: CEATEC AWARD applicant companies
Exhibit format: Exhibit panels + small display tables (including lighting, fixtures, and power supply)
Number of media representatives: Approx. 100
Overseas Media Program
As a new initiative, overseas press (media to be determined) will be invited to the exhibition site. We will support exhibitors' overseas PR through booth coverage. We will provide exhibitor information, interview opportunities, and lunch meetings to the European and Southeast Asian press.
