How to Apply to Exhibit

Please check the Exhibition Regulations and agree to all the terms and conditions before submitting your application via the exhibition application form on the official website.

  1. Exhibitor Applications

    Thursday, February 13 Starts at 10:00 a.m.
    • Priority application deadline

      Wednesday, April 30
    • Exhibit application deadline

      Friday, May 30
  2. Exhibitor Acceptance Email sent(Exhibitor application and contract completion)

  3. Exhibit confirmed

  4. Invoice for Exhibit Fee(Postal)

  5. Payment of Exhibit Fee

    Monday, June 30
    • Exhibitor briefing

      Tuesday, July 1
    • Booth location determined

      Thursday, July 3

The exhibition application and contract will be completed when you receive a reply acknowledging receipt of your application by e-mail.
Please note that the date indicated in the confirmation of acceptance is the date of the exhibition contract, and that 100% of the cancellation fee will be incurred for cancellations made after Monday, June 2.

The application form would be filled out starting at 9:30

Please note that applications received before the registration opens (before 10:00) will not be accepted

Thursday, February 13, 10:00(JST) - Applications will be opened

Exhibitors in the General Exhibits area who apply by April 30 will be able to select their preferred booth location at the booth location selection meeting scheduled in early July, in the order in which applications are received.
