We have advertising plans both inside and outside the venue that can be used to promote your brand to visitors and attract them to your booth (Need to pay).
These are signboards that aim to effectively attract visitors to exhibitor booths along the route from JR Kaihin Makuhari Station to Makuhari Messe.

Note.
About Outdoor Advertising Menu
- Corporate advertisements are subject to review in accordance with the Chiba City Outdoor Advertising Menu Item Ordinance.
- The following conditions must be met with regard to the content of the design
- Advertisements must be from exhibitors, sponsors, or other companies related to the event.
- The use of black or primary colors for the base color must not be considered detrimental to the aesthetics and atmosphere of the event.
- The use of fluorescent paint, luminous paint, or highly reflective materials, etc., shall not be judged to be detrimental to the aesthetics and appearance of the area, or to hinder traffic safety.
- The advertisement must comply with Article 5 of the Chiba City Advertisement Standards, as well as Articles 4 and 5 of the Chiba City Advertisement Standards.
- Please be sure to clearly indicate the name of the event, the date of the event, and the Hall XX at Makuhari Messe.
- The CEATEC Management Office and Makuhari Messe Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any damages incurred by Makuhari Messe Co., Ltd. in the event that the content of an advertisement differs from that on the application form, or if Makuhari Messe Co., Ltd. requests the suspension or removal of the advertisement.
- Please note that the above information and installation locations are subject to change without notice in the event of public works projects by Chiba Prefecture, Chiba City, etc.
Banners to be hung from the ceiling above the company's booth
- The CEATEC Management Office will install the ceiling-suspended banner above the exhibitor's booth at a height of 8.5m from the floor to the bottom of the banner before the exhibitor moves in. Due to the venue structure, there are some areas where the 8.5m height cannot be installed. Please inquire in advance.

Please note that the trusses of the suspension structure may come in contact with each other when the suspension structure is used.
In such cases, we cannot accept any request for re-suspension, etc. Please contact the designated construction company in advance to make adjustments. All other individual on-site services will be charged for. - The hanging position will be installed at the desired location, but please note that there may be some slight deviation due to the suspension point of the venue's frame.
