  1. Dimensions of a single booth: 3m frontage width x 3m depth

    Note: Please refer to “Exhibition Regulations, section 2. Exhibit Area, Number of Booths, and Booth height limitations” for the details on the number of booths, booth types, and height limitations.

  2. Basic panels are installed on the back panel and the side panel, which is next to the wall surface of other companies. System panels will not be installed on the aisle side of corner booths or in booths that will be independent booths.
  3. Exhibitors can supply floor carpeting, company nameplate, other parts and materials, as well as decorations on their own. Other packaged booths introduced in the Exhibitor Guide can also be used.
  4. When the booth space is composed between 1 and 18 booths, one to three sides of your booth may be in contact with other exhibitors.

  1. Dimensions of a block booth: 9 m²
  2. The booth dimensions will be specified within the range of ratio between 2 to 1 and 1 to 1 in terms of frontage width to depth, based on the total area, which is 9 m² multiplied by the number of booths.
  3. Exhibitors are requested to install carpets and other materials in the designated space. In doing so, please ensure that visitors can see the boundaries between the aisles and booths.

The following accessories are included in the exhibit fee.
  • Foundation panel
  • Display stand (975mm height with storage at the bottom)
  • Parapet for posting company name (300mm width)
  • Cutting sheet lettering for company name
  • Fluorescent light
  • Power outlet (single-phase 100V, up to 1kW output capacity)
  • Electric consumption fee (Exhibitor can use up to 1kW of power at free of charge)

2 Electricity Charges For 1Kw application (capacity must be applied for in advance by the exhibitor)
Primary power source construction cost + electricity consumption fee: ¥11,000/1kW

Notes: Past 1 booth applications have ranged between 1kw and 3kw.
All electricity charges are based on Kw x unit price, regardless of the time and duration of use.

3 Decoration & Installation Fee To be arranged and paid for by each exhibitor

Decoration package plans are available (for a fee).
For details, please refer to the Exhibitor Manual to be provided at a later date.
4 Other Expenses Expenses expected to be incurred include production and equipment costs for exhibits, graphic panels, video, TV monitors, and computers, as well as other expenses related to decorations, transportation, and operation, such as labor costs for management.
