Prospective exhibitors are urged to read the Exhibition Regulations thoroughly and agree to all the terms and conditions before submitting the

application form

  2. Exhibitor Acceptance Mail sent(completion of exhibit application and contract)

  3. Confirm Exhibit Participation

  4. Invoice for Exhibition Fee Sent (by postal mail)

  5. Pay the Exhibition Fee

    June 30
  6. Exhibitor Briefing/ Booth Location to be Decided

    Early July

The exhibition application and contract will be completed when you receive a confirmation of acceptance by e-mail.
The date indicated in the confirmation of acceptance will be the date of signing the exhibition contract. Cancellation after June 1 will incur a cancellation fee.
