The CEATEC CONFERENCE is held online and at Makuhari Messe. We offer session slots where you can freely promote your initiatives by participating in a diverse program that introduces cutting-edge technologies, solutions, and trends.
In addition to experiencing products and solutions at the exhibition hall, many CEATEC visitors attend the Conference to gain an understanding of industry and technology trends, as well as to seek hints for solving their own company's issues. While the exhibition booths are a place to appeal through “products and services”, the Conference allows for communication in a more strategic context, such as “vision”, “knowledge of problem solving”, “market analysis”, and “practical examples”. By approaching from these different angles, and building multiple layers of contact with visitors, it is possible to create a deeper understanding and empathy, leading to the creation of long-term relationships and new business opportunities.

Non-CEATEC exhibitors may also apply only for the session.

Shadow announcements and stage director assistance will be provided when using the Convention Hall.
We can arrange stage decorations, fixtures, and equipment other than the basic specifications for a fee. In principle, participants are required to bring their own laptop computer for speaking and projection. In principle, audience seating will be in theater style.
Terms and Conditions
- Fees for non-exhibitor applicants will be charged at the exhibitor fee x 2 for any plan.
- Starting Time of One session will at 10:30am, 12:00pm, 1:30pm, and 3:00pm each day.
- Session will be determined based on your request and availability at the time of application.
- Please note that the program will close when all available slots have been filled.

Features of the Online Plan
- The video of the lecture will be released on October 1, prior to the CEATEC exhibition, and will help attract visitors to the exhibition prior to the exhibition.
- The archive can be open to the public for one month (October 1-31) from before the exhibition to the archive distribution period, enabling a wide range of information dissemination regardless of time and location.
- Audience data will be provided in a CSV file after all deliveries are completed on October 31.
